Description:

My tutoring experience ranges from the very young to the very young at heart. I have several years of experience tutoring math for all ages and grade levels. Younger grade levels include students in 5th through 8th grade. Many of my 8th graders are advanced for their age, so they are taking the Math A curriculum. At the high school level, I have taught students taking the Math A, Math B, Pre-Calculus and Calculus AB and BC courses. I also was hired by the Yonkers Board of Education’s Teachers of Tomorrow Program for two consecutive summers. During this program I effectively oversaw the successful completion of over 150 students taking the Math A and B courses and enjoyed a 96% passing rate of those taking the math regent’s examinations. I have also tutored students in College Level courses including but not limited to Calulus 1, 2, 3, Differential Equations, Discrete, Probability & Statistics, Linear Algebra, Number Theory and Advanced Calulus.
