Description:
I am currently a junior at the University of Texas at Dallas where I am majoring in Literature and Minoring in History. I am also working on my teaching certificate which I plan to use to teach High School English. I have taken several wrtiting classes a grammar class which have been very beneficial to me when writing papers and has also helped me become a better tutor.
I have tutored a few students with varying subjects. I helped one dyslexic student for about 6 years with his homework and reading skills and I also helped him study for and pass his Taks test. I have helped several others with wirting papers and studying for various tests. For a year I was an aide in highschool English and History classes. I also ran a GED class where I was responsible for helping students pass the exam. I had antwhere from 5-9 students and it was my job to aide them with any questions they had on the work and study materials.
