Description:
In as much as we focus on Mathematics instruction, albeit we offer In-home tutoring, we here at ex focus on using technology to make learning Mathematics simpler. To this end, we have a custom built whiteboard that helps us to bring live one-on-one tutoring to your child's study space in the privacy of your home. Clearly, this offers ex an excellent opportunity to reach the entire US student population without having to go door to door, which has its geographic constraints.

Our Whiteboard allows students to interactively write an equation and or a problem from their book live while they are speaking to their tutor on the phone. Writing is done through pressing and holding the left button of a computer mouse.* In addition, we have a chat box that allows for word problems and the like, where typing a problem might be more efficient than writing a problem. We have a button for a coordinate plane, so that drawing graphs is easy and simple. All other standard typing and writing buttons as in Microsoft paint are also integrated into our whiteboard. In addition, color and paint selections allow for flexibility for visual learners as well as facilitating easier tools of learning graphs of inequalities and the like where shading is important.

To summarize, we have custom built a very fun and interactive online learning tool, which we are sure you will be pleasantly surprised with. We again would like to reiterate that we do in fact offer In-home one-on-one tutoring service, which you can learn more about through its designated button on our home page. However, we feel that online tutoring is simple, efficient, and cost effective as there is no travel time required. Besides, most tutoring companies of our caliber require that their students travel to them. So we ask, though we understand your urge and passion, on a cold nasty winter day, do you want to leave your house to learn Calculus?
